A Plot

Paige is completely distraught at losing her court case. At Dylan's college party, she's completely angry, upset, and out of control. She and Spinner have a heated confrontation and she breaks up with him. She spies Spinner's car keys and grabs them and goes out to Dean's fraternity party. She outs him as a rapist at the party and Dean takes her aside...and admits that he raped her purposefully. Furious, Paige takes Spinner's car and rams it into Dean's car.

The next day, Ms. Sauve drops some sage advice, but Paige is still giddy that she totaled Dean's car. She's giddy until Spinner is arrested for the car wreck. Paige realizes she has to do the right thing and heads to confess. She has one more confrontation with Dean and she realizes that she triumphed over Dean morally. After Paige's hefty punishment, she reconciles with Spinner, but their relationship is strained.

B Plot

Joey's car dealership isn't doing so well, so when he hears Craig bought a 4,000 (Canadian) dollar guitar, he isn't too happy. Things are tight, and Craig doesn't appreciate Joey hitting him up for money. He even accuses Joey of not treating him like his son. At the end of the episode, Joey drops the bomb on Craig about the business not doing well and wanted the dealership to be there for Craig to handle.
