A Plot

Fiona is still self-medicating with booze, and hiding it from her mother. She thinks she's got the deposition covered, and not afraid of Bobby's defense lawyer nicknamed "Great White." At the taped deposition, Fiona gets drunk off her ass, and yells at the defense lawyer and calls her a bitch. Mrs. Coyne discovers she's drinking and is furious. But Fiona is beyond reaching and she storms out of apartment, postponing the deposition.

At Degrassi, Fiona and Holly J are study and Holly J observes she is drunk and determines she was drunk at her deposition. Fiona says she going to drop the charges saying she cannot handle the stress and Holly J mentions there could be other girls that might get hurt by him. Fiona shrugs off her words, but just then Mrs. Coyne walks in and grabs Fiona. They argue it out for a while and Mrs. Coyne says it's partially her fault for Fiona getting hurt mainly because she pushed them together. Mrs. Coyne can't let it go, but then Fiona claims Bobby never hit her and she made it all up because she's crazy. She wants to be left alone so she can be normal.

Inside, Fiona grabs her alcohol bottle and drinks. During her exam, she can barely concentrate and doesn't complete her test. She stumbles around and passes out on a table. Holly J drags her home and makes her watch Bobby's deposition in order to stamp it in her head on how much she needs to face him. Fiona is unsure, and says maybe she deserved it. Holly J says she doesn't deserve to be hit and hands her the prescription. Fiona is now done with the alcohol self-medicating and faces off against the defense lawyer and handles her beautifully.

B Plot

Adam is in the gym working out and having a bit off trouble. Fitz and a few of his buddies walk in and try to kick Adam out -- they're in a fight club after school. Adam wants in, and Fitz decides to let him in. He just needs to find the right sparring partner. The next day after school, Adam is preparing and Fitz is impressed. He then brings out his sparring partner -- Bianca. Adam is furious and says he can't hit a girl. Fitz mentions that Adam may be a boy in the brain, but in his body he's still female. Adam angrily walks off.

The next day in the hallway, Adam walks up to Fitz and punches him in the gut and pushes him to the ground. Eli tries to restrain him but it was too late. Fitz threatens to beat his ass after school and Adam agrees to fight. He and Clare try to talk him out of the fight, but Adam is determined to fight Fitz, even if he gets hurt. But Eli has a plan.

Outside, Adam is waiting for Fitz and Eli tries to talk him out of it one more time. Adam says no, and then Eli decides to stay with Adam against Fitz. Fitz arrives and mocks Adam one more time and then punches Eli in the face. Adam tries to fight Fitz but Fitz says he Wouldn't Hit a Girl...but could make an exception. Meanwhile inside, Clare rolls a stink bomb in the gym during exams and as it goes off, it sets off the alarm and the students come rolling out. Adam hits Fitz with a Groin Attack and puts him on the ground. The fight is disrupting as the students come filing out.

C Plot

Riley is nervous about being scouted. He tells Anya his concerns, mainly his chances at this school could disappear if he's discovered. But then Chantay walks up and is proud that Riley is in the Dance King/Queen competition. Riley slowly absorbs this -- he's out. Completely out. Anya reassures him and tells him to tell the football scout the truth. During the meeting, Coach Barnes meets with him and tells him about the benefits of Northwestern University. Riley basically tells him that he's gay and worried he won't fit in. The scout then tells him that Northwestern is very progressive and that recruiting a gay football player could boost their profile. Riley's nerves then go away and he's excited.

Zane is happy that Riley could be a trailbrazer, just like Harvey Milk. Riley's doesn't know who that is and Zane tells him he was a hero -- who got assassinated. Suddenly Riley isn't so sure he wants the spotlight. Esepcially as he finds out there's basically a few out gay atheletes. Riley goes to Coach Armstrong and says he wants to reject the Northwestern offer. Coach Armstrong tells his that Riley can handle the pressure on the field and he can handle the pressure of being an out athelete. He tells him he has a gift and with using the gift comes sacrifice. Riley accepts the offer, and he and Zane kiss in the hallway with no shame.
