A Plot
Manny is now dealing with her "school slut" reputation she gained after her actions were exposed in Holiday. She also is suffering from what she thinks is the stomach flu; the same stomach flu that is claiming a lot of members on her gymnastics team. Not to mention Manny hasn't had her period in sometime. She talks to Paige about it and she recalls the night she spent with Craig -- she can't remember if he used a condom. During her turn in the gymnastics meet, she falters due to pregnancy cramps and she confronts Craig about that night in particular -- unfortunately, Craig told her he had no condom and Manny goes deep into denial about her pregnancy. She finally realizes that she needs to tell someone right away, and speaks to Emma's mother, Spike. She takes a pregnancy test, and it's positive. She tells Craig...who takes the news surprisingly well and wants to start a family with Manny.
B Plot
Toby is still upset at being left out as J.T.'s popularity soars. J.T. is even invited to a concert by Jimmy, someone who used to be Toby's friend. In order to gain favor with Jimmy, Toby offers to hack into the school's computer system and change his grade. Unfortunately, his first hacking attempt doesn't go so well and when he tries to fix it back, he's caught by Principal Raditch. Toby confessed that he did changed Jimmy's grade due to Jimmy's pressure and now both he and Jimmy are going to have Saturday detention and miss the concert.
Notes
- This episode is more well known as the episode Teen Nick (then The-N) actually skipped over when it came time to air season 3. The episode did not air in the United States until 2 years later in a "Every Degrassi Ever" marathon before the season 6 premiere. For a time, it only aired after 10pm until the restrictions loosened.
