Fridge Logic: Amy told the Doctorganger that she'd seen the Doctor die and suspected that maybe he was supposed to take his place, except the Doctor and Doctorganger had to have switched shoes prior to this, because when the supposed Doctorganger came back inside, they insisted that he be isolated away from the rest of the group.
