These are the works and tropes whose pages have been completely blanked and locked on TV Tropes for A) being sexually explicit, B) offering heavy criticism of the site or C) being highly contentious among its userbase. At All The Tropes, when it comes to what media we cover on the site, we aim to A) only censor when legally required, B) wholly accept criticism of both our site and TV Tropes, and C) be much more polite - so here they are. Ideally, we won't end up with a "Banned on All The Tropes" section elsewhere.

In 2016, it came to the attention of All The Tropes that since administration changes in 2014, some pages that had previously been banned on TVT have been unbanned - these are moved into the Formerly Banned On TV Tropes as we learn of them.
