    • It is also proposed that is inspired by Eugene Ionesco's classic play "Rhinoceros".
    • "Dance of the Dead", in return, displaced the original Richard Matheson story, "Dance of the Dead".
  • Anvilicious - a nuclear anvil with knobs on
  • Everybody Remembers the Stripper - a movie based almost entirely around this trope
  • Nightmare Fuel:
    • Ian's face dance
    • When infected, the strippers start out looking and acting relatively normal, however over time they become more and more grotesque. Somehow, this draws more men to the club.
