Yuriko Yamaguchi
Yuriko Yamaguchi is most famous as Nico Robin in One Piece and the Hot Scientist Ritsuko Akagi in Neon Genesis Evangelion. She's also the Hospital Hottie Nurse Joy in Pokémon. Her roles in general evoked Team Mom overtones.
She's notorious for throat singing. Not quite the one practiced by the Inuit, but close.
