Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel/Trivia

Everything About Fiction You Never Wanted to Know.

Trivia about Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel includes:

  • Fan Nickname:
    • Hybrid decks consisting of Spellcasters and Dragons (usually by using the Mystic Dealer engine and having Dragias the Striking Dragon as a boss) are generally called "Dragoncaster".
    • Decks that use Dragias and the Spell One-Breath Piercing are often called "One-Breath Dragias" decks.
    • The "Striking Dragon" monsters are usually just called the "-gias Dragons" due to the naming convention of their most famous monsters.
    • Spellcaster's ultimate Trap Dark Liberation is usually just called "Dark Lib" for short.
    • Monsters that function as the Discard and Draw piece of their Type are usually called "Filter" cards.
    • The DARK Aqua series that revolves around the card Prison Island Ane Go Rock is usually called the "Horny Jail" theme by the fanbase due to the theme's suggestiveness and innuendos.
  • No Export for You: Currently, the card game is only available in Japan and Korea. Whether the international release of Saikyo Battle Royale will impact this is yet unknown.
  • The Wiki Rule: Yugipedia, which was a fork made by a number of the old Fandom wiki's contributors who were discontent with Fandom's forced changes toward the management of their wikis, including the old Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia.
  • Word of Dante: Because there's currently no official English version of the game, English-speaking players who try the game using fan simulators are provided unofficial versions of most of the game's terminologies (such as card wordings/PSCT), name transliterations and mechanics, which were formulated by groups of fans (usually those who work on the wiki) who base them off the raw translations of the Japanese cards and official rules.
