...because once again it is missing all the markup required to integrate it functionally and stylistically into the wiki. It's even missing the {{tropelist}} template.

Please use the Page Creator (accessible through that link, or as the first item in the "Troping Utilities" section of the menu that appears along the left edge of every page in most skins) to create the page again -- put the page name in the field marked "Enter new work name" and press the "Create Works Page" button, which will then light up in bright blue. This will put you in an editor window pre-populated with a skeleton page containing all the markup needed to make a functional works page on the wiki, along with a few instructions in comments. Simply copy your page content into the skeleton page, add some categories, and save it. We can guarantee the results will be far more likely to be approved in Moderation.

You might also want to read our Works Page Guidelines and Style Guide first, as they both contain a lot of information you may find useful when recreating the page.

Considering that this isn't the first time that issues with the style of your edits have been brought to your attention, I'm going to have to ask, as a Mod, that you read the wiki's Style Guide.

...because it added an entry for a non-existent trope to the description for Stan Marsh. And even if the trope "Mellow Fellow" existed here at All The Tropes, it was missing link markup. Please find an existing trope which comes closest to matching what you want to add and use that.

I'm currently creating the Mellow Fellow trope

Looney Toons (talkcontribs)

That's fine, but new tropes should not be added to pages before they make it through the Trope Workshop. Add the example to the trope page, and when it's approved, the usual launch process includes copying the examples out to the works they come from. At that point it'll be added to the page for you.

...because it lacked all the necessary page markup required to integrate it into the wiki. Please recreate it using the "Create New" button on the Inanimate Insanity page -- click the button and then choose "Characters" from the dropdown which appears. This will open up the editor with a skeleton characters page in place, and all you will need to do is insert your content into it.

... because it turned a bare trope listing into a "Shaped Like Itself" Zero Context Example. The single word "Yes" is not content.

Please see All The Tropes:Examples Need Context for an explanation as to why doing this is a bad idea.

You aren't in trouble - don't worry about mod retribution for doing this. (All The Tropes:How We Do Bans Around Here specifically says that making an honest mistake is not something that's ban-worthy.) I do ask that you do better next time, though.
