This is the last S page not yet confirmed as either having a template or not having one due to outstanding concerns.
We need to decide whether the RL section on this page is worth it, and remove the NRL template, or remove the RL section and keep the template.
This is one of the cases where the Real Life Examples are relevant (due to Truth In Television reasons), but definitively needs an advice in the vein of "please don't add more RL examples, that's gossip and we're not interested"

I'm on board with historical examples. I'm also on board with modern examples if it is about a place's cultural norm instead of about specific people.
I just added a note to the Real Life section: "When adding examples here, please keep in mind that All The Tropes is not a gossip site; we don't care about individual real life cases because it doesn't matter from a storytelling point of view. Also, as per this discussion, please add only documented historical examples or examples about entire cultures where this is the norm."
Now to take this page off of "No Real Life Examples, Please".
