These things about The RWP are subjective - not everyone will agree with all of them.
- Broken Base - Some argue that the site isn't as good as it once was and aren't happy with some of the recent changes, whilst others argue that it is still indeed a fantastic community.
- The release of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts split the community, too, some declaring it an abomination and one of Rare's worst efforts, others calling it different but still good.
- Although Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts is the most prominent example, there are many others. If it's a video game franchise, chances are there will be a broken base about it. Despite this, little to none of the community is looking forward to Rare's next game, Kinect Sports.
- Epileptic Trees - The entire Banjo Theories board after the discovery of the hidden eggs in Banjo-Kazooie right up until it was deleted was made up of this.
