The Peanut Butter Solution

Everything About Fiction You Never Wanted to Know.

Aggressively odd Canadian children's film that many adults mistake for a twisted, horrible, haunting fever-induced nightmare they had as a child -- only to discover that it's an actual film that actually exists.

At one time the movie could be viewed in its entirety on Google Video, but no longer. A trailer can be seen on YouTube, but makes it out to be a light-hearted comedy. However, we will warn you that more so than The Matrix or Inception or even Paprika, this is the one movie that most closely resembles the utterly demented logic of a dream. The kid is suddenly bald! Forget that, he has a dream where he learns how to make the titular hair-growing potion! Forget that, the potion is making his hair grow longer and longer! Forget that the hair is magic and this guy has kidnapped the kid and some other kids to make paintbrushes out of it! And on and on.
