In order to prevent unnecessary server load, edits should be kept to a minimum, and all major changes should be discussed on the discussion pages first. |

Usage
This is to the most used templates (as determined by Special:MostLinkedTemplates) as a warning against editing the template. The templates can then be semi-protected to prevent unauthorised changes that could disrupt the server's performance.
Add {{High use template}} to the template's documentation section, rather than elsewhere.
