Scroll down to Vanity_Plate#Anime and you'll see the Studio Ghibli vanity plate.
Except it's not Ghibli's vanity plate. It's their logo. You'll never find that image in one of their works because it's missing the iconic blue background. You know what image you will find in their works? File:Ghibli vanity plate blue.png. I know, because I took it straight from one of their films--the place a vanity plate should belong to.
Therefore, I propose to replace the image used under the Anime section with File:Ghibli vanity plate blue.png.
