Quasar is an indie Adventure Game by Crystal Shard, inspired by the TV series Firefly. The captain and crew members get into a fight (being stuck in a small area does that to you) and have to convince each other to cooperate again in order to get anywhere. Although it has puzzles, the game is more about the characters, who all have different personality, skills, and reactions to the in-game hotspots.

Not to be confused with the 1983 Apple ][ game of the same name, which is the subject of the Wikipedia page linked in the tabs at the top of this page.
Tropes used in Quasar (video game) include:
- Cyberspace: the Morgana virtual reality system.
- Lightning Can Do Anything: the ship's engine is a Tesla coil, mainly because of Rule of Cool.
- Sesquipedalian Loquaciousness: Callisto tends to speak like this.
