Best Known for the Fanservice: Even leaving aside her history in Marvel UK (being a pilot, secret agent, having a dead fiance, and killed her brother, Brian,'s Evil Twin, when the latter tried to rape her), remember the years, she spent as the X-Men's primary telepath? How about a couple of times, Psylocke took on Sabretooth with nothing but her own psychic powers and won?...Nothing? Okay, how about that time she was turned into a hot Asian and spent years posing in a thong?
Broken Base: Despite being her most popular and well known of her incarnation, her Asian form is still a subject of much debate. Some fans love it, while others find the idea of a white woman in the body of a Japanese one to be weird and offensive. Some just prefer her classic British incarnation.
Ensemble Darkhorse: She has been one since her introduction in the comics.
Moral Event Horizon/ Dirty Business: In Uncanny X-Force, volume 1. Unwillingly, Psylocke crossed one in-universe, where she uses her telepathy to seized control of her brother, Captain Britain,'s mind and forces him to snap the neck of their older brother, Jamie, who is insane. Brian has never forgiven her for that.
Strangled by the Red String: With Fantomex, during the Uncanny X-Force. Later on, this turns out to be invoked. Since Fantomex knows that Psylocke did not really have feelings for him, but he had to make her question her own devotion to Warren in order to acquire the courage needed to kill him.
