The cast of Psych may not be too big, but they sure are memorable.
Shawn Spencer (James Roday (Adult); Liam James and Skyler Gisondo (Child))
The main character, a Brilliant but Lazy Phony Psychic running the eponymous detective agency.

- The Charmer: Shawn's greatest asset (excepting his attention to detail) is his ability to charm people, which is odd since he also has a singular talent for being tactless and irritating.

- Adorkable: he had some moments that could be called this before, but any moment he's on screen with Marlowe makes it unquestionable.

- Overwhelming Obsession: Carlton really loves his guns. A lot. To the point that he keeps a ton of them stashed in various places in his house, including in a bowl of almonds. He's also very Trigger Happy and sees no problem in casually threatening to shoot people (namely Shawn) who annoy him, and when he's fingered as a murder suspect and has to give up his firearms, it contributes heavily to his resulting downward spiral.

- Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: He is afraid of snowglobes. Shawn doesn't hesitate to exploit this during "Gus' Dad May Have Killed an Old Guy".
Detective Juliet O'Hara (Maggie Lawson)

- Meaningful Name: Debatable weather he’s lived up to it or not, but one has to wonder about a cop named McNabb

- That wasn’t Sarcasm Mode, the guy was being genuine. If that’s not a nice guy I don’t know who is.

- Bunny Ears Lawyer: Crazy aside, he's good at his job. Or at least good enough to keep it.
