Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | A local TV show from Boston, Phantom Gourmet is an eclectic restaurant review show with a cult following. It began its broadcast in 1993 and, as of 2011, is still running. The show's hook is the titular Phantom Gourmet, an anonymous food critic who visits restaurants all across New England in disguise so as not to receive special treatment. Phantom Gourmet is currently[when?] hosted by Dave Andelman, with frequent help from his brothers, Dan and Mike. The brothers sponsor an annual Phantom Gourmet Food Festival in Boston. |
