• Two Seers had turned a door made of Tass into a ton of flying swords coming at my cabal, with me using Turn Projectile on them. I had enough successes where, with but a wave of my hand, the swords turned around impaling the Seers immediately. Afterwards my guy, an Obrimos whose whole concept is he believes he is a Norse Warrior, goes "Odin's Third Charm: He can turn aside the weapons of an enemy."
  • Same cabal and story: We were in an Atlantean ruin, facing against a giant Chinese style dragon. First off let me say, that despite being an ancient badass creature, we completely bitch slapped it down. My Obrimos was a very physical guy, a trained boxer, and boxed the thing head on. Giant Dragon trying to eat me? Punch it in the eye. Even our lazy Acanthus on the sidelines helped out by giving the Evil Eye and scaring the dragon from eating me one turn. MVP though, goes to our Thyrsus, who used some spell to give his jaws the crushing power of a Hyena's, and then BIT THE DRAGON, and kept doing so.
