• While it was mostly played for laughs. Danny threatening Benedict not to harm Whitney was this. While it's obvious he's seen her in the movie before as far as Whitney is concerned, she just met him, she kissed him mistaking him for a freshman she was supposed to kiss as part of a sorority pledge and the only talking scene they had before Benedict shows up, is when they talk about her dead brother. So for a complete stranger let alone a kid she just kissed, to stick up for her, is very heartwarming.
