• Why do the writers seem to think that the court will let go of a person who have enough mental problem to commit such a major crime to begin with?
  • Most shows will mention the murder will go to a mental hospital in passing, but give the connotation that it's "getting off easy." Probably because of the mindset that criminals deserve no less than prison.
