- Sarah is an attractive woman whom Caine has groped before in her sleep and it's clear they don't get along. In the final part of the movie, Sarah wears a short skirt that shows her legs, which spread themselves after Caine shot her with a tranquilizer gun. Considering he raped his neighbor beforehand, it's possible that, if circumstances hadn't forced him otherwise, he would've done something more obscene with her[1].
