Gore Screaming Show is a Visual Novel/H-game made by Black Cyc in 2006.
Jinno Kyouji has at last returned to his childhood home after years of absence, staying with his aunt while he parents are working overseas. As he settles into his mundane life, he reunites with old friends and makes new ones, idly passing his time in such a peaceful community. Like any other day, Kyouji is minding his business, riding his bike to school--

He hears a voice, and manages to see someone before he loses control of his bike--but by the time he's gathered his wits from the crash, the child has already disappeared.
He later comes across an old well in a nearby forest, and Kyouji's ordinary life comes to an end upon meeting a girl who is sweet and kind towards him, but utterly loathesome to his companions. She introduces herself as Yuka, but the encounter is cut short when she vanishes without a trace. While Kyouji begins to grow closer to his girl of choice, Yuka makes it apparent that she will do all she can to ruin his romantic relationships, with the help of her ever-loyal, human-devouring companion, Gore Screaming Show.
Published by Black Cyc, N43 Project and Palace on Japanese. It was released on English by JAST USA on 12th November 2022.
- A Date with Rosie Palms: This makes up a good portion of Kiika's ero scenes.
- Bittersweet Ending
- Body Horror: Occurs several times, but fortunately, they're mostly confined to the bad endings.
- But Not Too Foreign: Kiika has British and Japanese ancestry.

- Creepy Circus Music: About half of the soundtrack, especially Gore's theme.
- Hair Decorations: Yuka, with bows in her hair.

- Grotesque Cute: Yuka is an adorable little girl who controls a man-eating, tentacle-wielding monster, and is responsible for at least a few very bloody deaths.

- Love Hurts: Yuka used to have unrequited feelings for Yamiko, after Momone had tricked her into thinking she was a boy.
- Mind Screw: Akane's route, after you realize she's been possessed by Yuka.
- Nightmare Fuel Station Attendant: Take a wild guess.
- Older Than They Look: Yuka
- Perverse Puppet: Gore's true form is that of a doll. Except he's not exactly "mindless".
- Roaring Rampage of Revenge: Yoshiki goes on one after Yuka kills his wife.
- Say It with Hearts: Gore during his first appearance.
- Scenery Porn
- Screw Yourself: This happens to Kiika in her route, by means of a doppleganger created by Yuka.
- Start of Darkness: Yuka's is hinted at throughout the entire game, but only revealed in its entirety in the true route.
- In a domino effect, Yoshiki's own Start of Darkness is directly caused by Yuka's.
- Theme Naming: The three main girls' names correspond with their hair color. Akane - red; Aoi - blue; Kiika - blonde/yellow.
- Tsundere: Akane
- Utsuge: Beneath all the gore and sex, GSS is this at its core.
- Yandere: Yuka to Kyouji.
- You Gotta Have Blue Hair: Aoi and Momone have blue hair, while Yuka has lilac.
