These things about Bayonetta 2 are subjective - not everyone will agree with all of them.

  • Award Snub: Lost many awards to Dragon Age: Inquisition, despite having a higher Metacritic score, specially the TGA one, who is given collectively by critics. One of the reasons proposed by fans immediately after was that Inquisition was suffering of poor sales and the critics wanted to boost its prestige. Lou Kesten, one of the judges, however promptly tweeted that he would quit the jury if he had won thanks to the game's heavy usage of Fanservice.
