Please read All The Tropes:Uploading and Adding an Image to a Page

Hello! I see that you've uploaded File:862461.jpg - that's a very poor name (see All The Tropes:Uploading and Adding an Image to a Page#Destination filename). Also, you did not list the license that the image is being used under (see All The Tropes:Uploading and Adding an Image to a Page#Licensing).

What should this file be called, instead of "862461"? What license is it made available under? We need to know these things in order to be able to keep the image on the wiki. (And if this is a "fair use" image, we need to actually use it.)
