I was asked by one of the American moderators about your edit. (Being a Canadian, I'm the closest that the moderation team has to a neutral reader on this particular topic.) After a few days of consideration, I found the edit to appear to be bashing the country rather than gently showing the country's foibles. This might be a case of Values Dissonance, but you didn't appear to make the same tone of edits on other pages about countries.
You are not in trouble. We've just rejected one edit, and we're asking that you consider your words more carefully next time. (As a rule of thumb, if you wouldn't want somebody from outside your country to say such things about your country, then please don't say them about another country.)
