  • Ron the Death Eater: Averted, for a shipping fic. The writer respects the canon ships and respect the characters. All perceived jerkiness or promiscuity from Mai or Ming is due to Katara and Jet being an Unreliable Narrator. Otherwise the fic justifies why the pairing wouldn't work out in the context of the writing
