Needs a better name

"Whoa, Bundy!" sounds like somebody wants to stop someone else from doing something, but the trope is about somebody encouraging someone else to do something

For example: If somebody had said "Whoa, Bundy!" back in the late 1960s and Bundy had listened, dozens of his victims would still be alive today.

I propose "Let's Do This!" as a replacement name. I'm open to better suggestions.

Actually, we might already have a better name for this trope: Team Handstack. Is this yet another TVTropes page designed to sell more advertising space give every possible shading of the same trope its own page?

HeneryVII (talkcontribs)

Does need a better name, seeing as most of the time, the Trope Namer's Zany Schemes didn't work.

"Let's Do This!" seems good to me. Or maybe, "Let's Go, Team!"

Can someone please clarify how this is different from Team Handstack?

Robkelk (talkcontribs)

After a closer reading, I've come to the conclusion that this is three tropes in a row: Huddle Power that ends with a Team Handstack and a Catch Phrase. It's unusual to do a set of tropes as its own trope, but if there's enough examples of it, I'm willing to let it stand.

I've updated the Laconic subpage for the trope... whatever we're going to rename it to.

So... two votes for "Let's Do This!", no votes for any other name, no votes against. That isn't a lot of interest in the matter... Letting the discussion -- what there is -- continue.
