This page has been marked for speedy deletion with the reason "Reason: Based on a previous edit here and a similar edit on the TVTropes page made by the author, the fanfic has been disowned."

I'm not sure whether that's a valid reason to delete a page about the work. What's to stop somebody else from re-creating the page, even if the author doesn't want it to exist? After all, the story is still available on the web.

Also, "Death of the Author" applies to fanfic just as much as it does to other works, IMHO.

I'm not going to delete the page as long as the story is still available ... but I'm only one admin.

Oh, I meant to mark the Awesome section of the article, which describes a possibly hypothetical and unrelated fanfic written by someone young and with a big ego at the time. I had no intention to mark the main page (the authors are different). Maybe I should have been more clear with the author name (RSiegfried) in the delete mark.
