@RivetVermin put a stub tag on the page last October. Since then, the description has been significantly fleshed out by @Ilikecomputers. Can the stub tag be removed?

Which doesn't affect whether the page is a stub, IMHO.
The stub tag is for pages where important information is missing, not for pages that could use a bit of polishing. If we hung a stub tag on pages that could still use a bit of work, the stub tag would be on every page on the wiki.
Oh right, we're voting to remove the stub tag. I thought this was going to be like a formal vote to launch from the workshop.
In that case, go for it. Remove the tag.
