If nothing more has been added in thirteen months, I'd say it can relaunched without issue. Kick it out.

The description leans toward this only applying to positive outcomes, as do the examples, would this also cover less successful uses (attempting to use a soft object as a hammer, using an explosive device as a melee weapon, etc)? Just brainstorming how to flesh out the description, I have no specific examples in mind
Sure, why not? The description doesn't say anything about the unintended use being a good one.

I mean it's Fine™ as is, but I still feel like the description could be fleshed out - not enough to delay a relaunch in the slightest, mind you, it's just something I have to sit and think really hard about. Thinking done - as you were.
