There is room for improvement on this section. And as a sensitive topic, needs to be improved upon. The most obvious issue, as of this post is that the wording implies that there are non consensual situations that don't count as rape. In my culture non consensual sex and rape are pretty much mutually inclusive terms. Another is that sex doesn't require the use of brute force against an unwilling party to count as rape. Sex enabled by can be done by drugging someone, blackmail, taking advantage of someone who is drugged for some other reason[1], ect... all count as rape. <div class="references-small"
