Are there songs which are always this when children sing them regardless of if it is off key or whatever? If so then I have an example I'd like to use for the page image (it's video actually), if not, then I suspect a lot of examples in the examples section have to be deleted.

I don't quite get what you mean -- something like, a pop song becomes an ironic nursery song just because it's sung by children instead of adults?

I mean do some songs fit the trope because of something like the lyrics and/or topic. If children sing

"I had a little bird

Her name was Enza

I opened the window

And in-flu-enza!"

does that count?

Why wouldn't it? I mean, that sounds like exactly the kind of thing the trope's describing. (And not at all like what your initial query seemed to be about. And why would whether it was on key or not matter at all?)
