Slipshine is a paysite dedicated to pornographic webcomics. Founded in 2001 by Josh L (of Girly and Cutewendy fame), it now[when?] allegedly spits out 130 pages per month over the different series, and sports many well known artists, for example Phil Foglio with his comic XXXenophile. Josh himself also contributes with a more adult spinoff to his Wendy comic, and there are regular guest projects by different artists as they get hold of them.
One point Slipshine makes is that, unlike many other sites of ill repute, the money gained from subscriptions are distributed among all the artists, thus helping supporting them and further the quality of their work. The operative word being "quality".
