• Crowning Moment of Awesome: The end of Chapter Two, after Scout sees Ryuk for the first time:

Scout let out an ear-shattering scream and fainted. Ryuk knelt over her unconscious body, looking a bit confused "Something I said?"

• Fridge Logic: Why are they watching New Moon in 2015?
  • The preultimate chapter, where Scout is trapped in the Abandoned Warehouse-which is on fire, has one flaw concerning the rules of the Death Note. Scout only had five minutes to live before burning to death, so Ryuk decided to have mercy on her and wrote her name in the Death Note so she would die peacefully. The only problem is that people who have twelve minutes left before dying is immune from the Death Note.
