Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | In a series of strips from April 19, 2010 to April 25, 2010 that parodied the classic "Star Trek" episode "Arena," Moondog found hops, yeast and barley on a planet as he tried to face a Gorn. He was able to assemble microbrewery equipment...and make beer. Which he then used to own the Gorn in a game of beer pong. One of the aliens commented "You have discovered the grains necessary for fermentation...and instead of destroying your opponent, you have chosen instead to party down...there is perhaps still hope for your species..." His partner added, "Especially given the increasing availability of quality microbrews." Doubles as Crowning Moment of Awesome, showing Moondog in his element where he could shine as the main character that week. |
