It's set in the small town of Bixby, Oklahoma (which, incidentally, does exist in Real Life). The main premise is that there are 25 hours in a day. The 25th hour is nicknamed "the blue time" because everything has a slightly blue glow, and takes place right after the stroke of midnight. |
