Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Lorimar was a TV production house, founded in 1968 by producer Lee Rich. Its first big hit was The Waltons in 1972, but it's probably better remembered now for producing Dallas and its sister show Knots Landing. Lorimar also produced the occasional Made for TV Movie, and after buying Allied Artists Pictures (a B-Movie company who had produced, among other things, Mitchell) in 1980 they also dabbled in theatrical releases. |
