A 2001 H-game, Lingeries is a Hentai Visual Novel about a lingerie company.

Watari Soujirou gets a job at lingerie company BBB solely because he heard they have a high percentage of cute female office workers than most other companies. He gets hired as management officer, but sees himself broiled in a corporate war between the president, the man who hired him, and the vice-president. While the president faction focuses on sales, the vice-president faction is more focused on technology.

As result, the company has two planning departments instead of one, but the one who Watari manages has a time set to be terminated since it's considered redundant: three months. He has three months to improve, and is told he can do whatever he wants to extract the most of his co-workers.

Of course, with Watari being the womanizer he is, that involves about getting close to his female co-workers, not only for practical reasons but to flirt and sexually harass them in order to have sex with them.

As a Simulation Game, Lingeries involves Watari managing his cow-workers around while sometimes working by himself. Different meters will affect his levels of exhaustion, emotional state, and ability to do work. And also, of course, he can construct relationships with his targets and stimulate their libidos, with a specific option to sexually harass them. In the weekends, he can buy things that may help on his relationships, rest, entertain himself, study to be better at his job, and even work extra, though he can't interact with his targets since they're resting. His objective is to fill a quota so at the end of the three months he may keep his position, with weekly inspections so the game can inform you if you're doing your job well or not.

Adapted in a three-episode OVA that changed the protagonist' name to Yusuke Nakanishi. Developed and published by Mink and M no Violet.

Anti-Hero: Watari borders on Nominal Hero. He harasses his sex workers lightly but gets very angry when Arisu is harassed by a rich male businessman that uses his status and connections to BBB to use her as plaything. Otherwise, he is a completely self-interested, if hard-working, hedonist.
Big Bad Duumvirate: The unseen vice-president and the president of Gokatsu are the main threats to Watari's employment in the story and engage on a lot of sabotage, power abuse, and implied forced prostitution, making them way worse than Watari.
Cloudcuckoolander: Reina shows some signals of this. Her idea of date is visiting a parasite museum or still working, checking shops and his products and asking for them to change their line-up of lingerie for the benefit of the consumer.
Chekov's Gun: The random old man asking for directions on an early scene of Arisu's path turns out to be a pretty rich businessman of company even larger than Gokoshi, that Watari was trying to make his superiors cut their bonds with after Arisu is sexually harassed.
Gratuitous English: Arisu spreads some English words there and there.
Innocent Fanservice Girl: Mayumi ends up showing her breasts to everyone on the planning department while demonstrating how a certain bra leaves bruises on a girl's shoulders.
Karma Houdini: In the default ending, Miki and Zaitsu get away with engaging on all kinds of subterfuges and apparently using Reina as their personal prostitute, though Watari's narration does says their powers have been reduced.
Kick the Son of a Bitch: By the time Watari and Reina have pretty humiliating sex on his apartment, she has confessed to have sabotaged the efforts of his department. In fact, she shows zero resistance, feeling she deserves it.
The Mole: Turns out Reina was working with the vice-president faction all along and playing sides despite working for the publicity department, that should stay neutral and only pick the best products to promote.
Onsen Episode: In the third Friday of May, BBB's workers go to an onsen. Choosing with which one of his co-workers he will spend time will dramatically increase their romance meter.
Phenotype Stereotype: Arisu is blonde and blue-eyed and not a fully-blooded Japanese.
Reluctant Fanservice Girl: Watari can trick his co-workers in wearing only panties and bra, pretending it is for work, and of course they get very embarrassed about it.
Shameless Fanservice Girl: At the default ending, Arisu is pretty happy in working at the BBB Plaza, an open-door restaurant where the waitresses wear only lingerie.
Smart People Wear Glasses: Arisa is a engineer with shades of Mad Scientist and wear glasses.
The Starscream: Reina eventually betrays the vice-president faction out of love for Watari and also because she is leaving the company, with she being highly suspicious that Zaitsu leaked nude photos of her that led to her employment becoming unsustainable.
