It's the continuation of his first autobiography, published in 1975, which was titled I Am Not Spock (which named a trope regarding actors being confused with their roles way too many times), which was written back when Nimoy was trying to distance himself of his character in Star Trek to avoid Typecasting. Nimoy write this in an attempt to cast off the absurd idea he hated the character, an impression that people who saw said title but didn't actually read the first volume had. |
