  • Shout-Out:
    • At one point, Harry tells a chuckling Crookshanks "Laugh it up, fuzzball."
    • A doppelganger of Harry that he faces during the second task of the Tri-Wizard Tournament mentions his "Fortress of Solitude" and "Yamato Cannon" runes.
    • Lily describes her fourteen years of Faux Death as being "only mostly dead". The phrase is used several other times in the story as well, and a few of them are explicit In-Universe Princess Bride references.
    • Gyokuro Shuzen from Rosario + Vampire appears as one of the vampire leaders with whom Voldemort negotiates for support, and in that scene drains and kills a Death Eater slavegirl who was chosen for her resemblance to Moka Akashiya.
