• Crosses the Line Twice: The abuse (sometimes accidental, sometimes intentional) that befalls Chitose is played for laughs.
• Fandom Gank: Some fans see the ending as a Fandom Gank because Chitose and Fumitsuki found love at the end, but didn't hook up. Because of "they forgot" reasons.
• Squick: The Mutsuki/Chitose pairing has the potential to elicit this response.
• Unfortunate Implications: Although its not official in a legal sense, the teachers are basically Chitose's adopted parents, which makes the last minute hookup between Chitose and Mutsuki a little uncomfortable. Woody Allen would be proud.
