When this happens, the writers will use the most basic terminology available, and most of the time not even get that right. Most of the time, the sport is just out of reach of most of the viewing audience, but rest assured that some sports fanatic will find fault with it. The most basic fault is Loophole Abuse using a loophole that's actually closed... the TV says there Aint No Rule, but the Real Life rulebook says there is. |
