And unfortunetely they have more bad news for her -- they're selling their house. Clare is shocked. She's losing everything she loves so quickly. Her parents reassure her that change is good, but Clare isn't ready to let go of the memories. She sees her dad's old watch, the one he used to help her tell time, in a box ready to be thrown out. She saves it from being trashed. At Degrassi, Clare tells Eli about the house being sold. Eli tells her the story of a kid who stayed in a house while his parents went back and forth. Clare thinks a cool idea and she gives Eli her father's watch. Eli goes to put it in his locker, and a whole ton of random crap falls out. Clare shrugs it off as him being messy as Eli obsessively sticks it back in his locker. |
