Alas, Poor Villain: For Moneybags, of all people.
Non Sequitur Scene: Larry's appearance during the Trial of Apollo Justice is questioned while it's happening, then is never mentioned again.
Complete Monster: Slee Z. Moneybags, head of the Board of Directors at Plot Co, shortly after his name was revealed bashed Trucy around with a hammer, cut her up with a butterfly knife, initiated Chinese Water Torture, shot her in the kneecaps, and put her on the rack. All for no reason that because he was bored.
Continuity Porn: Pearl Fey's been looking into the minds of other characters, and references are made to actions that happened a while back in the RP, including actions that haven't happened at all.
Memetic Mutation: Minor one. Apollo has never before seen a phone-price-tag with so many zeroes, Trucy. You'd better be thankful for that iPhone.

Moral Event Horizon: Important plotpoint - Is there really no way back once crossed? Dahlia and Kristoph give a clear 'No, there is none' for an answer. Time will show if it sticks.
The Woobie: Trucy and Apollo. The former snaps out of Angst? What Angst?-mode early on in the story and never quite manages to get back into it, no matter how much she tries, the latter has to deal with feelings of uselessness, insecurity, moral dilemmas and other forms of confusion, was imprisoned in the Detention Center for a few days and is currently loathed by a fraction of his own group due to a misunderstanding/BatmanGambit by Kristoph.
