'''''Acony''''' is a 2009 manga about the peculiar residents of an ancient apartment building and Utsuki Motomi, the [[Ordinary High School Student]] who moves into it with his grandfather. The caretaker is a ghost, the building has a mind of its own and Acony, the first resident Utsuki meets, thinks she is dead. The story follows him as he gets to know the rest of the inhabitants.
