Go! is the Teen Titans' origin story. Alien princess Starfire escapes from her captors and crashlands on Earth, causing havoc in Jump City and inadvertently bringing her captors to Earth. Four other teens with unusual powers are drawn together by the situation and eventually all five team up to save Jump City, becoming the Teen Titans.

Tropes:

Continuity Nod: When Beast Boy first appears he is wearing his Doom Patrol mask. He quickly discards it due to it not looking cool.
Dramatic Irony: Most of the characterization of the Titans in this episode, compared to the personalities that the audience is familiar with after they become True Companions.
Flashback to Catchphrase: Beast Boy discovering the word "Dude!" Also,

Cyborg: I'm only gonna say this once... Booyah.

Robotic Reveal: Cyborg
Shrinking Violet: Raven seems to start out as one.
With My Hands Tied: Starfire kicks ass even with her hands shackled together and unable to use starbolts.
