Terra makes a sudden return to Jump City, this time with new control over her powers. The team welcomes her back enthusiastically, especially Beast Boy, but Raven is skeptical and suspicious. Terra proves to Raven that she is willing to listen to her and work with her, earning Raven's trust, and she is given a communicator and made a Titan.
