I suspect that this is an Omnipresent Trope, and as such should be treated as a Useful Note without any examples.

I'm leaning toward Omnipresent/Useful Note.

Seems better as a Useful Note

I'm leaning towards omnipresent trope. It seems quite common in the stuff I've seen. This doesn't seem right in the "useful notes" section.

Useful Note is better IMOHO.

Seems like an Omnipresent to me, though I will concede that I don't consume quite enough to think of counterexamples.

Okay, I'm changing this t a USeful Note (and thus taking it out of the Trope Workshop).
