What to do with the description of the trope?

The disclaimer (I forgot how was it called) says that Self-Demostrating articles should be subpages, not the main page. I could do a description for the trope that be not a self-demonstrating article, but I don't know what to do respect the humoristic self-demostration. It could be a subpage, but the current self-demostrating description seems to have been inherited from TV Tropes when the fork happenned, and I don't know how would copyright work when creating a subpage knowing this. I think creating a self-demostrating subpage from zero would be better, but I would rather asking mods first.

In the last couple years we've started putting straight and self-demonstrating descriptions both on the main page in different tabs of a tabber markup. Take a look at Finnegans Wake and Hollywood Apocrypha for a couple examples of how to do the markup.

As for copyright concerns, don't worry. Copyright covers the content, not how it's presented. The CC license under which we got the content from TVT in 2012 allows us to use, transform and rearrange the content as we see fit, so there's no reason to recreate the self-demonstrating text from scratch. Whether it's on a subpage, a tab, or displayed upside down or in Pig Latin, we are legally entitled to use the text. Don't do work you don't need to. But thank you for being concerned about it!

Ok, thank you. I had not understand that part or how did it work, but now I have and idea about how does it do (though I will try to see the way to do the markup to have it clearer).
